That's because McAvoy's character is a guy named Kevin who has shared twenty three different personalities with his shrink (BETTY BUCKLEY) — except one that has a more sinister face lurking deep within. Kevin kidnaps three teenage girls and stash them in his basement, where they frantically fight to survive as their captor grows ever more confused and insane. SPLIT also stars THE WITCH's breakout star ANNA TAYLOR-JOY, and will be released in January 2017
