And now, the progress of this upcoming thriller is looking strong, not only will be directed by Tate Taylor who gave us the Oscar-nominated The Help, Golden Globe winner Emily Blunt has been chosen to play the main character in the film. The Girl on the Train is the fastest-selling adult novel in history, having sold more than two million copies in the US alone since published in January.
